Mortgage loan interest rate are low as 3.5%

The Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC) is pleased to announce a lower mortgage loan interest rate of 3.50% to Texans interested in purchasing a home using the Home Sweet Texas, Professional Educators, or Homes for Texas Heroes Home Loan Programs. The lower interest rate is available with a grant equal to 5% of the loan amount which can be used towards downpayment and closing costs.
